While Percy Intel's causal AI platform has demonstrated prediction accuracy rates of 80%+ in commodity market forecasting, we make no guarantees regarding future performance, accuracy, or results. Market conditions, unforeseen events, and data quality can significantly impact prediction accuracy.

7.2 No Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of predictions
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation Cap

In no event shall Percy Intel's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Percy Intel in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8.3 Basis of the Bargain

These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and are a fundamental basis of our agreement.
